With over 25 years of experience working in multi-discipline, I have gained a unique perspective through the lens of a CFO for 15 of those years. My expertise includes both private and public companies in various stages of operational activity, from pre-revenue to IPO. I have played a leadership role in developing frameworks for development capex and proforma budgets, operational efficiency drivers, implementation of accounting software and dashboards to bring KPI ratio focus. Additionally, I have been the lead architect of valuation modeling, cash flow reforecasting, and growth strategies, either organically or through M&A activity.
